NTT DATA i has decades of experience in developing and operating large-scale systems that support social infrastructure, such as the Social Insurance System and Trade/logistics processing systems in Japan. The variety of expertise that we have cultivated is shared across the company through in-house community activities. We continuously enhance our capabilities in project management, development technologies, and operations and maintenance, thus realizing high-quality systems, and thereby gaining our clients’ trust, who face increasingly diverse and complex environments.

As a group of professionals specializing in system development, we not only take initiatives to steadily enhance our field capabilities but also implement technologically innovative activities brought about by automated development. Training programs to support field capabilities

As part of employee training, we provide young employees with opportunities to improve their specialized skills in development and operations. For mid-career level employees, we have devised a scheme to enhance their comprehensive ability along with their specialized skills. Various programs are in place to assist in obtaining licenses that match each stage of an employee's career, including basic CDP training for which employees take 70 credits worth of courses within the first three years of employment. Employees can also obtain certification internally according to their job type, and we provide an environment that fully supports their efforts toward growth.
